One-off screens (not monitored) count toward your monthly volume but are not cumulative. Monitored entities are cumulative. Adding more monitored entities increases your total allowance and charges only for the additional units.

You can continue using the platform without interruption. Additional monitored entities beyond your plan are charged at 1.5x your per-unit rate in the next billing cycle. To avoid overages, consider upgrading to a higher tier.

A customer is any individual or business screened or monitored against our database. Screening and monitoring the same customer counts as one monitored entity.

Overages are calculated monthly and charged based on your per-unit rate. You can upgrade your annual plan at any time to increase your allowance.

Yes. You will receive an invoice after each payment, and can view past invoices on your dashboard.

Payment is due on the date of your initial subscription each month.

Access is granted within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Youʼll receive login credentials for sandbox and production environments, plus onboarding guidance.

Agentic FAQs

Our Agentic AI automates parts of your compliance and remediation workflows. The agents review cases, identify potential risks, and can take predefined actions, like clearing low-risk profiles, on your behalf. This saves your team time and effort.

While both agents automate case remediation, they specialize in different areas of the customer lifecycle:

  • Cassie: Focuses exclusively on cases generated during customer onboarding.
  • Otto: Focuses on cases that arise from ongoing monitoring of existing customers.

Both agents are included as part of the Agentic AI add-on.

For Starter Plan customers, Agentic AI is available as a premium add-on with a flat fee, which ensures simple and predictable billing.

Note: For high-volume needs (over 2,000 monitored entities) or more complex use cases, custom pricing will apply. Please contact our team to learn more.

Our agents are designed to assist your team, not fully replace human oversight.

  • Manual Assignment: Your team must first assign a case to an agent. This ensures you maintain control and can choose to manually review certain cases yourself.
  • Profile-Level Decisions: Once assigned a case, the agent can remediate profiles within that case and mute monitoring alerts (e.g., by whitelisting). It makes decisions on individual profiles but does not make a final decision on the case as a whole, leaving the ultimate judgment to your team.

Yes. Every action taken by Cassie or Otto is fully logged and visible within the platform. You have a complete audit trail and can review or override any agent decision as needed.

The agent configurations on the Starter Plan are standardized for all customers and cannot be customized. Customizing your agents within the UI is on our product roadmap, and we’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available.

Technical and Security Questions

Our key differentiator is that our AI is natively integrated within our platform (Mesh), not a third-party overlay. This provides several unique advantages:

We analyze performance against several key metrics, but our primary focus is on minimizing the rate of cases incorrectly cleared as false positives when they are, in fact, true positives. This ensures a high degree of reliability and trust.

The agent utilizes all available information in your customer records and the corresponding ComplyAdvantage risk profiles. Key data points include:

  • From Your Customer Record: Name, Date of Birth, Countries, Addresses, Profession, and Identification Documents.
  • From the ComplyAdvantage Profile: Names/Aliases, Dates of Birth, Associated Countries, Relationships, and risk factors such as PEP/Sanction list entries and adverse media snippets.
