ComplyAdvantage response to COVID-19 for employees and clients

In relation to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are committed to both continuing to provide the best possible service to our clients and joining the global efforts to help contain the spread of this disease. We are therefore writing to update you on our remote working and meeting practices.

Remote working

The Company is monitoring the situation in all the territories where staff are present and is supporting additional remote working where appropriate to ensure employee health, safety and wellbeing and business continuity.

Since ComplyAdvantage operates entirely in the cloud, there will be no impact on providing our services to our clients. Our Engineering and Customer Success teams, as well as other functions, will be able to operate at full capacity.
Staff are being briefed regularly and have also received enhanced Information Security guidelines on working remotely.

Meetings

We are adopting a general rule that meetings are conducted via video conferencing software or phone, rather than in person until further notice. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
